Sir, We are four brothers and my father has passed away. Now I want to sell the property of my share which was given by my father ( Ancestral Property). To show that I am the legal heir to sell that property, what document I have to show to the prospective buyer.
If it is undivided then better get the property divided first, change the revenue records to your name in the share of property allotted to you and then you can sell your share of property independently
