Dear Sir,
I have a land in coimbatore, Tamilnadu which is shared by my brother and me.
We have seperate Sale deed for us and my brother has built a house in this property.
Mine is a open piece of land just adjacent to my brothers house.
My query is that , recently we found that our site belongs to "Reserve site" category and are in Shock now.
The land was purchased in 1986 from my uncle and registered in my name and my brothers name seperately.
The adjacent sites are occupied by houses and the area is developing fastly.
Will we have any issue in future regarding this land.
What can we do now and we are uncertain of our property.
Living in doubt is really horrible..
