Dear Sir/Mam
My chacha who does not have ownership of property is using the ancestral property which is a residential plot in a co-op housing society for commercial reasons & earning money out of same..
He has rented out part of property to a caterer and has also kept some other people who put their local stalls...
Please advise what action spcecific can be taken both under criminal & civil law for violation of the same.
