Appointing Authority.

Nothing.

The Immediate Boss has to supply it to the competent employee.

Employee can supply a copy to appointing authority under proper acknowledgment.

Employee should submit each document to anyone under proper acknowledgment.

Employee should supply any document to employee under proper acknowledgment.
