My name is Masood Ahmad.
I have been working for a private company since March 2017 to Till Date(now serving Notice Period)
As mentioned by HR through a mail that those who have joined 1st OCT 2017 they will be eligible for Appraisal Cycle.
Now they have delayed the Appraisal. and in meantime, I have resigned from the organization. So now as I am on my notice period, they declined my appraisal.
So I would like to ask that is there any legal action can I take for an Employer?
As the appraisal was delayed by the Employer.
