I'm working in a MNC in gachibowli and I got better job offer but the problem is I've to serve 2 Months notice period and the other company wants me to join in one month. so can I opt for a month buyout ?

Check with your current employer if they are ready, generally companies are do allow Buyout unless resource is working on critical project and replacement is not possible in short span.
