in my opinion the first look or glance must be placed upon company policies and if there are no such policies regarding the issue in concern then you may approach the court with some substantial grounds.

The terms and conditions of appointment, especially qua leaving the company, has to be perused before making any opinion and oblige.

It is impossible to issue your relieving letter to the employer or company without completing the notice period. In some cases, an employer needs to reduce the notice period to purchase and a few days to help as per the company policy and rules.

It depends upon the terms of your appointment. Rakhi Banerjee Advocate. 9958129958
