Resignation without notice : amount recoverable

I have left my last organization without serving notice period of 90 days. Now the organization is claiming the dues for 90 days. But they are also considering benefits extended to me (medical bill reimbursements, transport reimbursements and mobile bill reimbursememts) in the dues. Now, logically I have not received those benefits, so how am I entitled to pay those back to the organization. Need help in understanding.

Just to add - all fixed components and benefits comprised my total CTC in my appointment letter. But the appointment letter does not explicitly state that benefits will be included in salary dues in lieu of notice not served. It just states " 90 days salary to be paid in lieu of notice served"

Benefits are not part of salary and are not recoverable.
