Respondent not file ws and try delay the contested divorc

Husband filed contested Divorce. At 3rd Summon wife appear with advocate on court and she take time for her WS, at the next date she will file WS.
IF she avoid and not file WS to the next date how court proceed ?
Will give her more time for WS ?
Respondent wife want to delay the case and harass husband.

On the next date if she will not file Written Statement and want to delay then what will be the suitable action husband side can take for this contested divorce case ?

Court gives 2-3 reasonable dates to the respondent. Your advocate has to be on toe and force them to file WS. General delay by other parties could be they might file IA for maintenance, or in the same file some counter cases to take your phychi down. So don't Bob down. Allow sometime to see how they react and act accordingly.
