I am a resident of Andheri (w),K-ward living in Lokhandwala complex in mumbai.
This is about hotels/restaurants in our area not following the deadline :
There is one beer bar & restaurant in our locality called "rhythm restaurant" in before cross lane no.1 opposite swami samarth nagar temple in our area which is open till 3-4 am every day which is causing a lot of problems in our area.though the deadline for such hotels/restaurants is till 1.00 night.the owner claims to be the chairman of the society also as one of my friends who stays in the society had said.I have seen police people going inside and having lunch,dinner and booze in his restaurant every now and then as he provides it free to them and also bribes them (pictures have not been taken)rather they should protect the citizens.
He also has constructed a kitchen outside in that area that is illegal and for which he has not got NOC .
the members who stay in the society also are afraid to complain as they also know he bribes the police. the noise in his banquet room of his hotel is always loud at night time that people cannot sleep in the night. His hotel was raided recently as well by some special agencies for not following the deadline but he again continues the same trend.
i wonder if you guys could do some reality check on this restaurant. it would be really greatful. and punish him by teachin g a lesson to him.
