Restoration of slp

"The high court of madras had given a sentence of 1year imprisonment and fine of 5000 rs.under ipc 323.The petitioner had filed an slp in supreme court for Exemption from surrendering. Supreme court had rejected the application and given four weeks time to surrender.THE PETITIONER HAD NOT SURRENDERED DUE TO FAMILY PROBLEMS AND MARRIAGE OF HIS OWN DAUGHTER. The supreme court had dismissed the slp based on "PETITIONER HAS NOT SURRENDERED". Then after a year the petitioner was arrested."
What is the Procedure of restoration of an slp (criminal)
Also what are the clauses that can be mentioned in the appln. for restoration of SLP according to the above REASON FOR NOT SURRENDERING. Also please send CASES WHICH IS SIMILAR TO THIS.
