Hi All Friday, i came to know that 16/11/11 court has dismissed case of my wife's return of article (we submitted gifts, gold etc in police station). I has applied for affidavit (which my wife has submitted in court) and judgement copy of that on friday. my wife has appealed in session court now for return of article. can any one help me how can i take advantage of that that affidavit and judgement copy in my 498a and DV case. thanks ravindra sonavane
