Return of streedhan

Sir,

My husband has agreed to come to Jewellery shop to return streedhan. He is giving me my gold jewels, silver articles and ever-silver vessels. Now, after getting them back, I am planning to give it in writing that everything was returned and I will not claim the same in future....

So, I am preparing letter stating the same and getting the signatures of  2 witness from my side, my father and mother ....and from their side, my husband's lawyer, my husband's uncle are present. and signing as witnesses...

And they will attach this letter copy in the first mutual petition...promotion....

Will this be sufficient ?

Thank you.
