I gave Rs.6000/- per month as interim maintenance to my wife .I gave her around 100000/- Now the case of maintenance 125 was decided and my wifes petition was dismissed as she was earning and she hide the fact of her working to the court also. Now my quaries are-
1- Can I get return the amount paid to my wife as interim maintenance of Rs100000.
2-If yes what is the way to get that back.
3-If we go for mutual divorce afterward .can i get this money adjusted in what ever court decided for final amount.
Please guide me by your valid valuable suggestions.
