for benefit of Insurance companies
Effect:-
- Heirs of labours and other poor workmen will not get compensation
- Transport vehicle owners and two four wheeler owner would have
- major suffering from this bill who have unlimited third party liability
- Laws are made for best interest of public ,this law totally
- violating fundamental rights of public
- Corruption will increased as police will get power to settle cases
- Loss of more than Rs. 25000 billion in pending one corer macp cases. And whereas loss Rs 3 billion daily new accident cases.
