CAN A WOMAN, WHOSE FATHER DIED INTESTATE CAN BECOME THE ABSOLUTE OWNER OF THE FATERH’S SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY. SHE IS THE ONLY AND ONLY LEGAL HEIR TO HER DECEASED FATHER. THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WERE LOST IN HIS LIFETIME. SHE HAS ONLY PUBLIC DOCUMENTS, WHICH WAS OBTAINED FROM THE REGISTER OFFICE CONCERNED OFFICE AFTER HER FATHER’S AND HUSBAND’S DEATH AFTER KNOWING SHE IS THE LEGAL HEIR OF THE PROPERTY.

OTHER THAN HER, HER FATHER DOESN’T HAVE ANY CHILDREN. HE WAS LIVING ALONGWITH HIS BROTHERS IN A SAPARATE HOUSE. CAN HER COUSIN BROTHERS CAN APPROACH LEGAL HELP TO GET SHRE IN HER FATHER’S SELF ACCLAIMED PROPERTY.

DOES SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO SELL / MORTGAGE OR AVAIL LOAN FROM THE SCHEDULED / CO.OPERATIVE BANK.

Daughter is class I heir as per Hindu succession act and she inherits the self acquired property of her father

She's absolute owner of this property as per Hindu Succession Act and she's  right on this property and transfer her name on the all legal records.
