Third son cannot have any claim over father's self acquired property. It is better he resolve the diffrences with father otherwise he will have to loose the properties.

Yes, Shri Shasi Dhara is right. Courts are for them who can buy justice.
Judges are not to blame. A person becomes a judge by foul means. How can one expect that they should be fair?
