There is one immovable property stand on mothers name, and mother have died and her husband had also died before her, now mother left behind her only two childrens, and brother is selling the immovable property and sister is giving no objection affidavit in this regard on condition that after selling the said property her brother shall give her share in the form money, but for surety which documents should be executed by the brother that he shall give the sister money on selling the said property, Pls guide.
