I want to know the investigation details of my case, where in police is not willing to share at all, Can someone please share some Supreme Court jugements which i can use to get the details of the rights of accused in getting investigation details.

I am Sec of a Housing Society in Mumbai. A member keeps on lodging flase complaints with Police against me and other Mng Committee members with a view to defame, harrase and terrorise them. The Police call the members to Police stn and find no substance in the complaint. This has happened frequently. What is the remedy in crimnal law against persons who lodge flase complaints knowingly?Pls reply to Ravi Shukla:shukl_ravi@yahoo.com
