Rights of illegal child in the gifted property of her father

I am posting this message on behalf of one of my male relative who is the sole legal son from first wife..

Background:

The relative's father had illegal relationship with another woman while his first wife was living. The father had a girl child from his illegal relationship.

The query is linked to illegal girl child's right in the PROPERTY of her father which was a GIFTED PROPERTY.

Does she has equal rights along with my male relative in the property?

Please note that my male relative's father, mother and illegal mother, all are NO more.

If her father had died without any will or valid transfer document,on a self earned property or ancestor property, illegitimate daughter do have equal share in the property of deceased father, at par with first wifes son.
