I am submitted Title Velrification Report in respect of plot No. 9 only.
The house construction is sanctioned by Municipal corporation on plot No. 9, 10 +11. Plot no. 10 & 11 are owned by brother & father of applicant. Further The plot No. 10 & 11 are mortgaged to the another Co-op. bank. The entire building is to be constructed over plot No. 9 as per sanction map. our bank propose to obtain first charge on plot No. 9 & building thereon & second charge over plot No. 10 & 11 by accepting owners of plot No. 10 & 11 by accepting owners of plot No. 10 & 11 as co-owners.
please furnish opinion in consequence of obtaining security as mentioned above.
