my neighbor has encroached on village road near to my land. so I made complaint to village president, rdo and tahsildar . when they came to evict him, he didn't allowed them to evict.
Now he filed a case in lower court naming president as defendant. claiming that eventhough revenue records, a-register and patta shows the road as gov. land , he needs ownership rights since he is maintaining the road.
My doubt is village president is in friendship with my neighbor and he is the one who gave him the idea to file a case so that I cannot go for removing encroachment.
Can I file writ in high court regarding this?
