Roof top

Hello Sir/ Ma'am

I bought a builder flat in east Delhi few years ago.The complete building is own by builder itself now two floors are owned by him and rest two was sold out. Mine is top floor, my query is, at the time of agreement i was not informed  about the roof rights. In agreement, a clause has been mentioned that roof rights are on sharing. As we are on top floor all the cleaning and maintaining of roof is been taken care by us only. I want to ask that What step should be taken to keep complete roof rights ?

Please share your valuable suggestions.

Thanks

Rahul

Roof (Terrace) comes under the parameter of "common open space".
Hence all the building residents have equal rights to use the Terrace space, without any restrictions or reference to other residents.
