Rotten & corrupt judicial system

We have been compelled to file a Contempt Petition in Mumbai High Court in 2009 after the land mafia ( Land nd BMC in collusion with Land Mafia -New Land Lords ) failed to act in an High Court order of 2008. Thanks to rampant corruption the contempt petion is yet to be decided and tenants are suffering heavily due to this. The last date was in May 2012.

This the big achievenent of our democracy. You have laws but the judiaciary is reduced to a farce by corrupt politicians ruling us. Do we have the option of taking this matter to Fast Track Courts ?
