I am in big soup getting more and more sour. i am facing 498a,DV and recently Crpc125. i had filed divorce case Under 13a from my present location but wife challanged it to SC to get it transfer to her home town. i have also filed counter affidavit to SC to defend my divorce case at my present location in the interest of justice to me, but SC has decided to transfer my divorce case to wife's place just because she is woman and can not travel long distance in spite of knowing that it is injustice to me .
i do not want to go for review because it will go to same bench and simply they will reject it without opening the review file and my money will get wasted.
so my question is that can i file RTI against SC panel to reveal reasons and ground to me on which panel has decided to transfer my divorce case to wife's place on the ground of she being a woman .
can i also go for squashing of crpc125 as it's same sterograph story as she mentioned in DV?
what are the counter cases i can file against my wife, FIL,MIL,,BIL,SILi who are also witnesses for 498 and i want to file during trial of 498a,DV,crpc 125?
i am not worried about winning those counter cases but i want them to fill pain of long travels and huge expanditure and pain faced my old aged parents
