rules of exhibits

In 125 maintaince case, at the stage of Argument, the husband submit a list before the court to mark it as exhibit of documents of other case of Divorce, custody case, and other criminal cases which was initiated by him against wife. is it permissible when Civil granted divorce only on ground of desertion but not on Adultery and cruelty. These points were discussed at Civil Court in divorce. Now same thing will be discussed? Is court a bin where all documents will be exhibited?

Hello, The husband can file whatever he finds relevant in the court and you have the opportunity to object to the document which is not relevant to the case. Nothing will happen automatically you have to point out objections before the court.
