salary and pf cut

I work in a mnc in 2016 due to slack market in oil and gas sector we were forced to be on leave without pay, and were not paid pf for the same period,. even our allowance were reduced by 15%,....even after 2 years our allowance were not restored to normal, and my company is giving car to managers and their favorite people...
what legal action can be taken in this case...

You'll have to serve a legal notice to your employer for recovery of your lawful dues. If your employer doesn't repay within 15 days, you can file a suit for recovery in civil for recovery of your salary.
