Salary for Injured employee

 Kindly suggest ...How much should an injured employee be paid if was injured at work place on 2nd sep and was not at at work for 20 days and joined back on 24th sep. Note: The company also provided the complete medication.

Is there any legal rule related to this matter.

If he is covered under WC THEN FOOD ALLOWANC IS ALSO PAYBLE DURING HIS ABSENCE PERIOD
