Salary issue

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I was placed in Jaro Education after completion of my MBA. I had served the organization for 18 months with full commitments and loyalty. I had communicated my wish to resign from the job to my reporting manager in the month of January 2015. My job was of business development executive and we were given targets every month. After having a long conversation my reporting manager concluded that i am demotivated and under pressure .He asked me to take some day leave and think about it.This happened again after two months. In the month of May finally i droped my reporting manager a mail saying that i wont be able to continue and so i will be serving my one month notice period starting from 19th may, 2015. Being a sales organisation we had some target based competition going on so my reporting manager dint responded to the mailer. Later after 7 days i asked him about the mail which i had sent him to which he said i will talk to you later and left for the day. Next day again i asked him and he explained that in sales based organization up and down are part of one's career.h He see a great potential in me and dont want to loose me so i should take a break of some days and join with enthusiasm. I responded by asking 10 days leave to think about it which he granted immediately. 
On 1st July,2015 i finally wrote him my resignation letter saying that i wont be able to continue from next day onward and consider this as my last working day. He asked me to report to the HR immediately. I  HR confirmed me that after 45 days my pending incentives and last month salary will be given. 

After 50 days , when i dint heard anything from the organization , i contacted the hr. Later after two days i received a call from the head office that i should pay 10k to the organization in order to get my FnF. 
As of now i have written n no. of mails to my reporting manager, the hr and head of organization by in vain.

I understand the norm of notice period.In our case it was of 1 month.I want to ask here that if my reporting manager was aware of my conditions that i am not willing to work any more from last 6 months or even my notice period mail , on what grounds they have blocked my FnF?

Avoid paying anything in cash and before you get FnF statement showing earned wages till last day in employment/adjustment of notice pay/Bonus/incentives/OT/leave encashemnt/ reimbursements etc.......................for verification……………………….and acknowledgment of notice of resignation, acceptance of resignation, service certificate, relieving letter (with good comments) , handover of charge, NOC/NDC, Form 16 as per correct FnF statement is supplied to you.

 

Did you submit leave application for 10days you were at home?

Claim that you were on paid days without attendance in office.

30days notice period may indeed be applicable to you.

You may apply your skills to get notice period/pay waived off.

I am not reporting to offcice from 2nd of July, 2015. One collegue of mine left the same day without serving notice period. HE got his FnF and last month salary.

Yes i did submit a leave application before going for vacation.After completion of 6 month we receive 10 days paid leave quartely. Although these were my paid leave but all i want from the company is my FnF with last month salary and my incentives. Since now i am not working with them my only way of communiation is mails to which they are not responding any more.

I have asked them the same question

1.my reporting manager was aware about my conditions, That i may resign in a mon th or two.

2. mailed resignation with notice period on 19th may, 2015 and last working day was 1st july, 2015. ( notice period served) to reporting manager.

3. HR confirmed me on last working day that i will be given my salry and incentives .

Sir,  working with the organization for long i have noticed that employees took there salary and incentives by 10th of the month and stoped reporting from next day. I my case i resigned on 1st of the month ,completing all the formalities keeping faith in my reporting manager,   HR and company norms.Insted i would have followed the league of absconding employees atleast i would have received my money.

Now ,i am in dire need of this. Plz suggest me how to proceed ?

You have posted that:

You seem to have worked for more than 30 days in notice period after submission of notice of resignation. Thus you are not at fault. Quote all precedences of other employees also andescalate to good offices of appointing authority,MD etc and demand all documents as mentioned above to be supplied to you say within ........................next 3 days..........................and narrate all representations made so far (quote dates,names etc).........

 

From the language and essence of your posts you seem to be ill informed and taken for granted by your HR personnel and Line Managers.

 

It shall be approrpiate to seek support,help from female employee's/employees/trade unions, labor Law Consultant.........................and draft your communications after you have understood the options,merits.....................

 

Your counsls may opine that you can approach: Inpsector appointed under Shops and Establishments Act,Payment of Wages Act

Dear Sir, 

 

I had written n no. of mails to my reporting manager, Hr and MD. We also had one emplyees feedback portal to which i have also drafted mails. The problem which i am facing is that my reporting manager is not ready to acept my mailer which inform hima bout my notice period. The hr so says that it was not informed to him that i have served any notice period .Also my manager is adament that sice i have not replied to the mail, it stand insignificant.

In such scanario , what should i do?
