Sir,
I worked on an IT company as software developer, since last 6 months the company not paying the salary via salary account, it pays 2-3 times broken cash amount till 3 months without any reciept, but since last 3 months it not paying same also, the director only promises us that he will pay the over dues partially as a broken amount, due to insufficient funds. But since last 3 months he not paid it. Still i am a regular employee of that company. So suggest me what action i should take to solve this problem.
