Hi,
I wanted to know if a builder, who has entered into a collaboration agreement with a house owner, can sell a floor just on the basis of a collaboration agreement in Delhi. Especially given the fact that the sale under power of attorney is banned for the time being.

The builder is bound by the development agreement.
But alongwith agreement, If you have also executed power of attorneyt to sell the floor then builder can sell floor.
