i entered inti an agreement of sale for a flat measuring 1050 sqft (including 25% super built)as per agreement. Then flat's wall plustering was completed but now sale deed is shown 1156 sqft (incl 25% super built). carpet area is same in both deed.
i confuse that what should i pay and why. please advise.

Get the area measured by the professional so as to confirm what is the exact area of the flat and then you can pay accordingly.
