I am giving loan of 1 Crore rupes to builder for joint development in Bangalore, he agreed to return that money along with interest after 15 months. For my securily he is saying that , he will do a sale agreement registraion .
I spoke with one leagal lawyer , he said, better to go for Mortgage registration ?
Which one is correct, please guide me which one i can choose.
