registered sale deed was executed by my client suraj to pavan mithra.but pavan didnt take the said sale deed possession.adanganal,pahani,tax etc where still paid in the name of my client,my client is paying al the land tax etc. from 3 years.the buyer didnt gave even one application to panchayath office or mro office to obtain possession.sale deed was executed in 2011 april but still in revenue records my client is real owner as the buyer is not intersted to change revenu records.
my ? is whether my client can cancel sale deed?
my client register again by using land tax bills?
