Please throw light in the light of supreme court judgement on the following issue:
If any person who has booked any apartment / plot with any developer is going aboard and wishes to appoint his father or his friend as GPA holder to complete the sale deed registation with the Developer, then whether
1) this GPA will need registration with sub registrar office.
2) whether this GPA comes into supreme court hudgement purview.
3) whether does it make any difference if GPA holder is bolld relative of friend
4) whether does it make any difference if sale is for delhi, gurgaon, UP based land
