Sale deed registration

Dear Experts

I draw your kind attention on following issues.

I have purchased a flat in West bengal on loan from SBI. I am a Govt employee and my wife is guranteer of the loan. She is house wife.

can i register the sale deed soley in my wife's name ? If not, can the sale deed be registered for both name?

yes, you can register sale deed in your wife name.
