With out sale agreement, I have bought a property directly registered on my name, 3 months ago by paying 40% of the total amount. The venture owner gave me photo copies of the sale deed and the original documents are with him now. He sold it to me for 500/- per Sq.Yrd. But actual value is 200/- only. Till now, I have paid the amount, (equal to 200/- per Sq.Yrd). I asked him to resale the site and and return me my amount. He is not willing to resale it.
How can i get my documents back.. as there is no aggrement or promisary note or any legal document that states am still due to pay him.
