Sale of flat in magarpatta city

I have a property to sell in Magarpatta City Pune. The builder has kept the society and mantainance. Before sale there is a tri- party flat sale agreement between buyer seller and magarpatta. My question is is this tri party agreement final sale agreement? Buyer has requested some cash amount which is not mentioned in the Tri Party Sale Agreement. Should the seller first request the cash amount to be paid before signing the tri- party flat sale agreement (between magarpatta, buyer and seller).

As the cocern is what if the cash amount is not paid and only cheque amount mentioned in the tri- party flat sale agreement is paid. Can the buyer claim rights to the property of sale?

You can claim some percentage of amount on signing of this sale agreement which you must get at the time of executing the same otherwise you must not sign.

Hi,

You have to mention the specific clauses about the said agreement is a final conveyance of the transaction of the transfer of the property and it's title.

Secondly, paying the amount by cash towards such transaction shall be illegal and can never be an evidence.
