Hi - There is a charitable trust registered in Kolkata having immovable propery in Vrindavan (Uttar Pradesh). Now, the trustees wish to sell the property. Can you please suggest whether permission of Kolkata Charity Commissioner (or any other authority/ courts in UP) would be required for sale of such property? |

Charity commissioner of the area is authorized to grant the permission for sale of trust land.
