Sale of property after winning suit before appeal

Hi,

It would be kind help if some one can please help to guide me on the following question:

A false partition suit has been filed by my  divorcee second wife(who  i married after death of my first wife) on my self-acquired property(house).

I have won the case and the senior civil court has dismissed the false partition suit filed by my divorcee send wife.

My question is:

Can I sell my self acquired property within 90 days where my second divorcee wife has a chance to go for an appeal in high court.

If I sold my self-acquired property within 90 days and my second wife goes for an appeal what are the steps can be taken by the person who purchased the property? to whom I would sell  ...

Please help kindly and guide.

Thanks

Dear queriest

There are lot of technicalities into the above. Hence it would be appropriate if you wait till the 90 day appeal.period is lapsed.
