file a suit before the concerned court for null and void of the sale with documentary and other evidences in your possession

Also required to file a criminal complaint against the culprit u/s 419,420, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC.

The person who has got the land has filed a case on us so i am in need one one judgement with case number where it has been declared that since the sale was done through impersonation and using fake ID the sale deed is null and void. This will help to fast track the case
