sanctity of WILL

We have come across two WILLs 1)first WILL was made in 1988 and was registered and the 2) second WILL was made in 2002, duly signed by witnesses but not registered. Which of the wills is legally valid. pls reply on a URGENT basis. thnks

 It is always the last will that prevails over the earlier will(s). Registration does not give any special sanctity. If the latest will is provided to be genuine, it is the only one which is valid.
