Does Sale certificate issued by Authorised officer under SARFAESI, needs to registered with office of Registrar, and will attract court fee as per stamp act ?

Yes Regstriation required & stamp duty should be paid as per the bombay stamp act .
But More opinion required form the jurist.

Yes. Registration is must and the registration can not be done without paying the stamp duty.

Yes. It is mandatory,&for registration ,stamp duty as law prevailing in the state has to be paid.
