I have availed home loan from nationalized bank. my repayments are not regular for a year . I request bank to reschedule the loan account. But bank is not accepting my reschedule offer.Bank initiated sarfaesi act proceedings they took possession on aug 2014 without informing thro letter instead published in papers.I have challenge the same on instead me to deposit some amount granted stay and asked bank to waive photographer ,paper publication charges.Im not happy with the drt's order bank followed irregularitity in sarfaesi procedure and we requested for withdrawn the possession notice in drt .but drt is not come forward to withdrawn the notice issued by the bank.Now bank initiated sale proceedings.Morethan two years gone bank counsel not undertakes to file vakalat for bank and still filed the counter to my appeal. Shall i move to high court for remedy ?
