Hello Everyone,
I filed an SLP (Crl) at the Supreme Court. as 'Petitioner in Person'. It has been numbered. However it is listed for hearing in July. What can I do to request an early hearing before the court goes on vacation.
This is a fresh case.
Q1) Is there a standard format to request an early hearing/ listing ?
Q2) I filed the case through e-filing. If this is an application and not a letter, can I send the application to the e-filing site even after I have received my SLP No.
Q3) OR, should this be sent to the relevant section through speed post ?
Q4) How different is an application for early hearing from a mentioning ?
