Dear Ld. Brother,
I received notice from Supreme court in criminal Transfer case filed by my ex.Stay was given ex-partee.
The notice has date which has already passed 1 month back and the attachment is of 25 pages of some other case with different petitioner and respondent with different case no.
Is this some trick played by opposite side lawyer to delay the process or some procedure mistake.
Has this happened with any of us.
What to do please suggest.
