the sc / st 1989 is more protective act which was given the power to sc / st persons who were under supression by the upper cast persons in the villages .
the mode of implementation is very good motive .
but the persons sc / st cast who are highly intelligent and most awre of the act mostly employees working under govt and semi govt offices and factories are misusing it and treating the co staffers and seniors by applying this act to get the work done .
so it is required to amend the act suitably at it is not applicable with in the staff employees and higher officials so that cordial work environment will be brought at least in the offices .
