a lady has filed an FIR against me in the sc/st p.s. in october-2008, and charges u/s 379,34 and bailable sections of IPC and u/s 3(x) of SC/ST act-1989.she has given statement before S.P. on 21st of March2010 and compromosed with me and filed a joint compromise cum withdrawal petetion before the Chief Judicial Magistrate on 23rd of March 2010. on 30th March2010 I have submitted the photocopy of the certified copy of joint withdrawal petetion to the S.P., DSP and concerned police station for necesary action. Now what will be the future course of action for me,and also tell me that the poloce can arrrest me now?
