Sec 25f of industrial dispute act 1947

If the employee leaves the job without giving notice, still employer paid her full salary till her date of employment. But now employee has sent notice under Industrial dispute Act 1947 sec 25F, that she was removed without serving notice. No written acknowledgement is taken from her when she left. Only she has sent a mail asking for experience certificate and relieving letter. Can this mail be treated as resignation letter?

Thanks, Omprakashji for your prompt reply.

Can she serve notice as she left the job and employer has not removed?

What should be the reply of the Employer?

she is demanding salary for notice period not served.
