Dear Sir's,
I need an opinion regarding Sec 43 BTAL Act ie. there is a mentioned in the Other rights column in 7/12 "Kul Kaya Kalam 43 Bandanas Patra", whether the permission asked for sale of such land is granted for one time by SDO/Collector and for every consequetive sale whether i'll require Collector/SDO permission. What is the Meaning of "Bandanas Patra".
